N380TL HELICOPTER Hughes 300C 685 TTSN. NDH. Complete restoration to 2009 Schweizer specs. Helicopter was completely disassembled, stripped, inspected, protected per the Schweizer HMI. All new paint, wiring, hardware, bearings. New M/R splined hub and driveshaft. M/R and T/R blades inspected, balanced and repainted at IAC Ltd. M/R tracked and balanced to .009 I.P.S. (in. per. sec.) with Micro Vibe II. Industry standard is .200 I.P.S.

M/R and T/R Trans. disassembled and inspected per the Schweizer HMI. T/R hub upgraded to elastomeric bearings by Spartan Helicopters. All new seals. New flapping hinge bearings. Engine 0 time SCMOH. New cylinders, pistons, camshaft, fuel injector servo, fuel pump. Crankshaft overhauled. Bendix Mags and vibrator overhauled. New oil hoses, Oil coolers overhauled by Pacific Oil Cooler

New aux fuel pump and fuel valves. New glass from Tool-Tech PMA STC. Par Avion Door actuators. New Airwolf remote oil filter. All instruments overhauled. Heavy Duty Skid Plates. Remote Dipstick. Dual Hobbs Meters. Squat Switch for MX Hobbs. New SKY-TEC light weight starter.

All Airworthiness Directives Complied With.
